Each property can get rec cards for the owners, and at least one member needs to be 55 or older. Renters and guests can buy privilege cards. Every property pays an annual assessment to RCSC, and there are one time fees when a home is sold or transferred. We give our buyers the current fee sheet before they make an offer so they know exactly what to expect.
Sun City West has its own separate system with four rec centers (Beardsley, Kuentz, Palm Ridge, and R.H. Johnson) and seven golf courses. Your card works in the community where you own. Learn more on our Sun City West page.
If you know you will be at the pool every morning or on the lanes every Tuesday, we can help you find a home close by. See current listings, read about the Sun City lakes, or start your search.
