We are Amy and Tim Nixon, a husband-and-wife team and Your Orange Real Estate Team. Sun City is where we live and work, and 55+ communities are what we know best.
Who we are
The Nixon Group is a husband-and-wife real estate team led by Amy and Tim Nixon. We started in the real estate business in 1999 as mortgage lenders and became licensed real estate agents in 2014, the same year we started serving Sun City. Along the way we have also worked as credit repair specialists, house flippers and landlords, so we understand a real estate deal from every side of the table.
Today we focus on the 55+ active adult communities of Sun City and Sun City West, and we help clients across the Northwest Valley. Our clients become friends, and many come back to us for their next move, or send their friends and family our way.
Why the orange?
You have probably seen our orange signs, shirts and even our orange convertible around town. Orange is hard to miss, and that is the point: we want to be the friendly, easy-to-find team you call for anything real estate in Sun City. Here is the story behind it.
Giving back to our community
Sun City is called the City of Volunteers for a reason. We host community events like Shred Fest and our flag exchange, and we love being part of the neighborhood we serve.
