Phase 1 through Phase 5, explained by locals
Del Webb built Sun City in stages, starting in 1960 and wrapping up in the late 1970s. Each phase reflects the home styles, lot sizes, and building methods of its time. When you know the phase, you have a pretty good idea of the age of the home, the type of floor plan, and the feel of the neighborhood before you ever walk in the door.
We filmed a video on every phase so you can see the differences for yourself.
